As the demand for full-service interior design grew, Stephanie Wiott Designs was born. Now a growing team of six talented and friendly members, the SWD team works with each other, local builders, and clients to design, build, or remodel the home of their dreams.

Stephanie Wiott has been designing for as long as she can remember and has been an integral part of the industry for over 20 years. Raised in Chicago, she spent most of her career there focusing on major interior remodels, opening her first business in 2009. Stephanie relocated to Carmel, IN in 2018 and founded Stephanie Wiott Designs, expanding the business into a full service interior design firm. Stephanie quickly established herself and the SWD team as a leading design firm known for their clean, inviting and functional aesthetic.

Their goal is to make every client home their dream home. Stephanie has a blended family of 4, ranging in ages from 12 to 29. Her family and friends are at the heart of everything she does, hence her unique ability to create beautiful spaces that are family friendly and centered around the comfort of home, where all the best memories are made.

With a Bachelor's in Interior Architecture from Purdue University, she excels at balancing spatial planning with aesthetic appeal, ensuring every project is executed with precision and flair. Known for her hands-on approach, Chase is equally at ease on the job site as in the studio, making her an invaluable bridge between the design and implementation phases. Beyond design, her ability to connect extends to her love of animals—she has a unique gift for making friends with any furry companion she meets.
Kim excels in transforming complex projects into smooth, thoughtfully curated client experiences. With over nine years of hands-on experience, she has developed a deep understanding of how to balance practicality and beauty, bringing a calm, assured presence to every stage of the project. Her design philosophy centers on creating spaces that enhance daily living, tailored specifically to fit the way each client lives. When not immersed in design, Kim loves discovering new restaurants, attending live concerts, and spending quality time outdoors with her family.
Debbie brings decades of expertise in contract furnishings, seamlessly transitioning into the residential design world. As SWD’s ordering, procurement, and installation expert, she ensures that every project runs smoothly, from placing orders to tracking deliveries and coordinating installations. Her meticulous attention to detail helps guarantee timely and efficient outcomes, contributing to the overall success of the team’s design efforts. Known affectionately as “Stephanie’s mom,” Debbie plays an essential role both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys time at the lake with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Ella brings a thoughtful and engaging approach to interior design, combining creativity with careful attention to detail. She enjoys supporting projects from concept to completion, helping to craft spaces that are both functional and visually compelling while collaborating closely with the design team. Ella believes that every interior should reflect the people who inhabit it, thoughtfully integrating color, pattern, and texture to create environments that feel welcoming and intentional. Outside of the studio, she enjoys visiting art galleries, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
Renee’s passion for interior design allows her to transform homes into places that feel intentional, inspiring, and lived-in. With a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design Architecture from Purdue University-Indianapolis, she utilizes strong technical skills in programs such as CAD to support her design process. She has a strong ability to unite functional layouts with visual elegance, ensuring each project is completed with confidence and distinction. Her work is guided by a commitment to creating interiors that seamlessly support daily routines while reflecting individual lifestyles. Outside of work, Renee enjoys traveling to other countries, reading, and discovering new restaurants.
